Even if you feel like you didnââ¬â¢t do very well on a test, you may still get a good grade if you score higher than some of your classmates. Unlike in high school, an 85% could mean an A instead of a B. Do laundry as often as you can Donââ¬â¢t let it pile up! You donââ¬â¢t want the extra stress of having no clothes to wear on top of all the other annoyances you have to deal with. Maintain a good sleep schedule Donââ¬â¢t get in the habit of going to sleep extremely late every night because then youââ¬â¢ll never be able to fall asleep early when you need to. This sucks when you have a 9 AM meeting and are lying in bed awake until 3 AM. Try to manage your time so you can finish most of your homework during the day. Go to office hours Donââ¬â¢t be afraid to get help from your teachers. Not everyone does this, so youââ¬â¢ll have an advantage over your classmates. Youââ¬â¢ll feel more confident with the material and less stressed out in general. Donââ¬â¢t compare yourself to others No matter who you are, there will always be someone with better grades and a better social life than you. So donââ¬â¢t waste your mental energy worrying that youââ¬â¢re not good enough.

First Words Interjectionsà (such asà ohà andà wow) are among the first words human beings learn as childrenââ¬âusually by the age of 1.5 years. As written English grows more colloquial, both classes have migrated from speech into print. Punctuation As noted, interjections are more commonly used in speech, but you might also find yourself using these parts of speech in writing as well. Thats a beautiful dress. In the second sentence, the primary interjectionà brrà is followed by a comma. The exclamation point, then, does not come until the end of the connected sentence. But again, the primary interjection could stand aloneââ¬âand be followed by an exclamation pointââ¬âas in: Brr! Its cold in here. The third example contains a secondary interjectionà Oh my God that stands apart from the second sentence, with the interjection and sentence both ending in exclamation points. You can also use secondary interjections as integral parts ofà sentences: Hey, why did you let the dog in here?Oh my, I knew I should have turned off the oven!Good grief Charlie Brown!
